Durga Puja Theme: The theme for the year was Shabdokalpon. The Laketown Natun Pally Pradeep Sangha, came up with a pandal decorated with earthen wares. The lights were also designed using earthen pots. The Idol was also given a sandal wood finish. They won the prestigious Asian Paints Sharad Samman for their effort.
